Brittany is a compassionate and empathetic Clinical Social Worker (CSW) who earned her Master of Social Work from Boise State University. She works with both adults and children and is passionate about helping individuals feel empowered, understood, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges.
Her approach is collaborative and strengths-based. Brittany primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, develop practical coping skills, and focus on meaningful, achievable goals. She believes every person has the capacity for growth and change, and she is committed to helping clients recognize their strengths and use them to create positive, lasting transformation.
Brittany strives to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences and envision the future they desire. Whether facing stress, emotional challenges, life transitions, or difficulties at home or school, she works alongside her clients to find solutions aligned with their values—helping them move forward with greater confidence, resilience, and empowerment between sessions.

Jill Devereaux specializes in emotional regulation support for children, teens, adults, and families. She works with clients who feel overwhelmed by intense emotions—such as anger that escalates quickly, anxiety spirals, tearfulness or shutdown, irritability, impulsivity, overthinking, or feeling “out of control” in the moment and guilty afterward.
Her style is warm, supportive, and strengths-based. In sessions, Jill helps clients understand what their emotions are signaling, develop the ability to pause before reacting, and create steadier patterns for managing stress so they can respond more intentionally at home, at work, and in relationships. She believes lasting change is built through a therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, respect, and genuine connection.
Clients can expect a safe, nonjudgmental space where honesty is welcomed, along with a clear and personalized plan tailored to their goals. Jill provides practical tools that can be used between sessions—such as strategies to calm down more quickly, communicate needs effectively, and recover after conflict—while working at a pace that feels steady, realistic, and encouraging.
Jill’s mission is to help clients live better—not just feel better—by strengthening emotional resilience and self-trust. She is especially passionate about helping individuals and families move from cycles of reactivity toward greater calm, clarity, healthier boundaries, and stronger relationships. With a strong foundation in parenting and family support, she understands how emotional intensity can affect an entire household and is committed to helping clients build steadier emotional footing and a more hopeful path forward.
