I’m Jill, specializing in OCD therapy for children (ages 5+), teens, adults, and couples. I support clients who feel stuck in OCD cycles—such as intrusive thoughts, mental replaying or rumination, checking, reassurance-seeking, contamination fears and cleaning rituals, perfectionism or “just right” urges, relationship doubt spirals, and avoidance that shrinks your life. My style is warm, supportive, and straightforward. In our sessions, we focus on understanding your OCD pattern, reducing the urgency to “fix” or neutralize anxiety, and building confidence in your ability to tolerate uncertainty so OCD has less power over your choices. I believe progress happens through a trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel respected, understood, and steadily challenged in a caring way. What you can expect in a session with me: a safe, nonjudgmental space to talk about thoughts that may feel scary, shameful, or “unlike you,” a clear and personalized roadmap for what we’re working on and why, and practical tools to help you step out of compulsions and into values-based living. We’ll move at a pace that is steady and doable, while still creating meaningful change. My mission is to help clients LIVE BETTER—not just feel better: to loosen OCD’s grip, reconnect with who you are, and build a life that’s bigger than fear. I’m especially passionate about helping clients discover their own sense of possibility, and I bring a grounded, wellness-oriented perspective to the work. Note: I also enjoy supporting clients through anxiety, confidence/self-esteem, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, and trauma-related stress, and I love working with individuals, families, and couples.
