I’m Jill Devereaux, specializing in confidence & self-esteem therapy for children, teens, adults, and couples. I support clients who feel stuck in patterns like self-doubt, harsh inner criticism, people-pleasing, perfectionism, fear of failure or rejection, difficulty setting boundaries, and feeling “not enough” even when life looks okay from the outside. My style is warm, relational, and strengths-based. In our sessions, we focus on building a steadier inner foundation, learning to respond to yourself with compassion, and creating daily habits that support confidence and emotional balance so you can show up in relationships, work, and parenting with more clarity and self-trust. I believe meaningful change happens through a therapeutic relationship rooted in authenticity, respect, and genuine connection. What you can expect in a session with me: a safe, encouraging space where you feel truly seen, a structured plan tailored to your goals and strengths, and practical tools you can use between sessions to strengthen confidence, calm anxiety, and shift unhelpful patterns. We’ll work in a way that feels grounded, supportive, and practical—so progress feels doable and steady. My mission is to help clients live better—not just feel better—by strengthening self-worth from the inside out. Together, we work toward greater self-respect, more confident decision-making, and healthier relationships built on boundaries and mutual care. I place significant value on helping you discover your own passion for what’s possible—and then building the skills to get there. Note: I also bring a strong foundation in parenting, caregiving, and family-strengthening support, which informs my work with children and families—especially when confidence is shaped by stress, anxiety, trauma, or relationship dynamics. I’m especially passionate about helping clients of all ages grow their capacity for resilience, connection, and meaningful change.
